Kelly O'Toole

A 23-year marketing communications veteran, Kelly O’Toole has been a business consultant since 1993.  Her current clients include Alcoa, the world’s largest aluminum company, and PPG Industries, a global chemicals supplier.  

Ms. O’Toole focuses on business-to-business and industrial customers.  She has worked with companies in the fields of construction, industrial chemicals, metals manufacturing, education, information technology, tool and die, and more.

Prior to consulting, Ms. O’Toole served for seven years as vice president of the Greater Pittsburgh Office of Promotion.  She began her career in 1984 as an account executive with Burson-Marsteller, an international public relations firm.  Her accounts included National Steel and L.B. Foster Company.

Ms. O’Toole holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications from Point Park University.  She has earned more than 10 local and regional awards for her work.
